Идея
Carphone Parking Sharing is a platform for drivers. Messenger driver to driver by using number plate of the car and airBnB for private parking spaces (Private Parking Sharing).

There are 50 mln. of cards in Russia. 7 mln of cars are located in 4 big cities with acute problems of available parking zones.

Problem 1:
To find parking space next to office. State parking zones are overcrowded and expensive, the household area are protected by barriers and not allowed to park the car for those car owners, who are not living at the household.
Problem 2:
Due to problem 1, the car drivers are looking for parking space and are blocking another cars on the small piece of found territory. If the driver wants to be unblocked, he should reach out the driver of blocking car. Or to notify another cars' driver that state evacuation service are trying to evacuate the cars from that territory.
